That sometimes I just need someone there. Talking is hard, words are difficult to find, but when you're on the other side of my tears, that's all I really need. To know that I'm going to get through this and that I'm not going to give up.

I don't mean to push you away and I don't mean to constantly rant, but sometimes my brain gives me no choice. I still love and appreciate you, always will. Please be patient with me.

That your patience and presence means more to me than you'll ever know. I don't want to feel like this, but sometimes it's too hard to fight it alone so when I can't talk or move and you gently force me up to go outside for a walk, putting on my jacket and tying my shoes for me, as I scream and cry with my fingers in my ears and my head in my hands, it may not seem like it, but that's exactly what I need and your understanding and patience with me gives me the strength to keep fighting.

I love you and I appreciate that you care enough to understand that I'm going through something. Things could be better right now, but they could also be much worse. That sometimes I don't need you to say anything but rather just listen. Just spend time with me. Don't tell me you feel the same way because we are all different. My stuff isn't the same as yours. Also know how much I appreciate you here.
